New & Upcoming Peripheral Releases – March 2025 Overview

Logitech G Pro X Superlight 2 SE

Logitech is introducing a new variant of their popular G Pro X Superlight, named the Superlight 2 SE. This model is identical to the standard GPX2 in shape and weight but features a reduced polling rate of 1K compared to the GPX2’s 4K.

Despite being slightly cheaper, the price difference is minimal, making it hard to recommend over the original GPX or GPX2. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly option, the first-generation Superlight, available at around $80, remains the better buy.

PMM C1P & C2P Mousepads

PMM has announced two new mousepads: the C1P and C2P.

The C1P is a sleek control pad designed to provide consistent surface tension, improved forearm comfort, and fewer obstructions compared to PMM’s previous offerings. The C2P is a faster variant, offering a glide-focused experience. Both pads feature 4mm rounded edges and a 1cm base height.

These mousepads are expected to be released in Q2 of 2025.

MM8 Mod Kit for Endgame Gear OP1 8K

Mighty Aims, a respected peripheral reviewer, has introduced the MM8 mod kit for the Endgame Gear OP1 8K.

Designed specifically for fingertip grip users, the kit reduces the OP1’s weight from 51 grams down to a remarkable 20 grams. The mod kit is priced at $50 and is a great option for those looking to optimize one of the best wired mice currently available.

G-Wolves 9g Mouse Prototype

G-Wolves is reportedly in the design phase of developing a groundbreaking 9-gram wireless mouse.

What’s even more impressive is the claim that the mouse will include standard features like a scroll wheel, buttons, and a 250mAh battery. Although still in early planning stages without prototypes, if successful, this could redefine the ultralight mouse category.

Wooting x OW lab 60 Keyboard

Wooting and OW lab have teamed up to create a new 60% keyboard known as the O60.

This metallic-framed keyboard is available in two colorways: a champagne gold with silver accents and a black and red variant. The expected price is approximately $450. There are currently no images of the black and red model, but based on the success of past Wooting keyboards, expectations are high for this collaboration.

Nuphy BH65 Keyboard by Newy

Newy is set to release the BH65, a 65% keyboard featuring a striking black and purple colorway.

The keyboard includes vibrant RGB backlighting and an additional lighting strip along the sides of the board. This keyboard is designed to appeal to enthusiasts looking for both aesthetic appeal and functionality.

Gateron GT60 Pro Keyboard

Gateron’s new GT60 Pro keyboard is offering impressive specifications at a regional price of around $100.

Highlights include an ultra-low latency of 0.7 milliseconds, 0.1mm actuation points, and an 8K polling rate. Additionally, the software is easily accessible with a function key + P shortcut, providing seamless customization. The GT60 Pro is expected to be released by the end of this month.

That wraps up this month’s roundup of exciting new peripherals. From ultra-lightweight mice to premium mechanical keyboards and high-performance mousepads, there’s plenty to look forward to in 2025.
